I am a senior citizen and struggled with the steps on my first visit to the new premises, which are very smart,. I... mentioned it to Sam and she made a point of helping me down the steps when I left.My appointment on Wednesday was at 9.30am and she texted me just before to say she could meet me and help me in.That's what I call service, thanks Sam you are a star.Rob Wardread more
